Navigating grief class

This class is NOT to have you forget. You will never forget.

This is NOT an ongoing support group, although you will find support here.

This course is not religious, and does not conflict with religious beliefs. Many have found the group to be spiritual.

This class is a small, online, interactive gathering of adults working through a past or anticipated grief.

We will guide you through exercises to see your circumstances in a new light, honoring you and your experiences.

Classes are online, weekly.

This developmental class will have 8-10 sessions over three months.

Contact us to discover when the next course starts. In the course, you will be encouraged to interact with others in the group and to do some reading/exercises between meetings. Support between classes will be available. Individual sessions can be arranged.
